The Primary Care Surge Response Service offers same day GP appointments for patients with an urgent primary care need. This is to alleviate winter pressures in practices and avoid patients having to attend A&E settings.
Who can book in to the service?
You can be booked into this service via your Hillingdon GP Practice, NHS 111 or through The Hillingdon Hospitals Foundation Trust Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC).

This service is currently running Monday to Friday between 10am and 8pm. The location is Mead House, Mead House Lane, Hayes, UB4 8EW.
